Celebrate some of the best our fine state has to offer! Chefs Ian Eastveld and Ryan Levy with a history of creating incredible wine in Texas, will share some of their seasonal favorites with you. Demonstration will be limited but they will show you how easy it can be to create some of these compelling dishes. To make it a truly Texas meal, each course will be paired with award-winning wines from Nice Winery.
