Chili Lime Ailoi


1 ½ cup mayonnaise

3 cloves of garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lime

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 habanero peppers, minced

½ teaspoon salt


Combine all of the ingredients.  Store in an airtight container.

It is best to prepare this the day before to allow flavors to mingle and mellow out.
