Sourcing the majority of the fruit from Annapurna vineyard in Stags Leap with additional fruit from the hills at Somerston Estate and from Reynolds Family Estate, we have created a true one of a kind Cabernet. A combination of 85% Cabernet, 11% Merlot and 4% Syrah, this wine balances all the desires of a big red.

The color emits shades of ripened plum followed by the aroma of raspberry, clove and a hint of mocha. This is a gorgeous wine with complete balance of fruit and tannin.

18 months in barrels, all French Oak, 34% New French Oak, 32% Blasted French Oak, 10% Aged Barrels, 24% Neutral Oak
50% tank fermentation, 25% open top fermentation - hand stirred, and 25% barrel fermentation; Berries are left on the skins for 60+ days to enhance the natural breakdown of enzymes and flavor creation.
