Made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Shiraz grapes, grown and manually harvested in the Golan Heights and the Upper Galilee.
The wine aged for 20 months in French oak barrels.
Characterized by plum, cherry and white almond flavors with a long, round and sweet finish.
The grapes were macerated for two weeks at a relatively low temperature and punched down every four hours for maximum extraction. This was followed by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
The wine was barrel-aged for 22 months. A third of the wine was aged in new barrels, and 5% in American oak barrels.
