Another great wine dinner and cooking class with the Nice Guys from Nice Winery

Chefs and Winemakers Ryan Levy & Ian Eastveld taught a sold out crowd at Dallas Central Market how to prepare a four course summer menu and pair it with four of their very NICE wines!  The menu included Pearl Barley Risotto with Summer Squash, Chicken Confit Cassoulet with Fresh Fava Beans, New York Strip with Shiitake Gorgonzola Cream, and Alsatian Plum Tart with Salted Caramel Almond Ice Cream.  The courses were paired with Nice Sauvignon Blanc, Nice Malbec Reserve, Testamento Cabernet Sauvignon by Nice, and Nice Sparkling, respectively.
