On the palate we can taste flavors reminiscent of ripe calmyrna figs, cooked black plums, vanilla bean, and hints of nutmeg. We suggest decanting this wine for 15 minutes prior to serving. This is a young wine that will not improve with cellaring. We suggest drinking it now. Pair this wine with braised beef short ribs, aged Manchego cheese, pulled pork tacos, or grilled fish.
