This cava has been made exclusively with grapes from the winery's vines in the Penedès Superior in the estate "Can Feixes". It's a blend of 56% Parellada, 23% Macabeo and 21% Pinot Noir. The harvest is carried out by hand and the grape bunches are selected on the vine and the sorting table. The first "flower must" is obtained by directly pressing the whole grape in a pneumatic press. The grape must is clarified by a static decantation. The fermenting of the clean must at a controlled temperature takes place in stainless steel deposits.
Lastly, this cava is aged for 6 months in deposits and for a minimum of 30 months in the bottle.
