Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at (713-744-7444) for return instructions.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
Club Cancellation Policy
We require a three-shipment minimum for all wine clubs. After that, you can cancel at any time. We must be notified in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org should you choose to cancel 20 days prior to shipment.
Event Cancellation Policy
For regularly scheduled tastings during normal winery business hours:
We are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations or no shows on the day of your scheduled tasting, class, dinner, or event.
Cancellations prior to the day of your ticketed visit:
48-hour notice is required for ticket refunds. If less than 48-hours notice is given, we provide an in-store credit for 75% of the ticket price only.
Private Events, Private Tastings, After-Hours Tastings, Classes, and Wine Dinners: 48-Hour notice is required for ticket refunds. If less than 48-hours notice is given, we cannot provide a refund due to the limited number of seats and expense of the event.
