100% Pinot Noir. The rosé combines the structure of Pinot Noir, with the nesse and elegance of a Franciacorta. Pair with jumbo shrimp in brandy, salmon mousse in herbs, fried fish, cous cous with fish, sword fish carpaccio, and fried anchovies.
