Copious red cherry jam, red plum, spice, vanilla and oak are pushed forward in this flamboyant, racy Cabernet Sauvignon-based red. The grapes for this wine are sourced from some of the most sought-after vineyards in California to create a distinctive and compelling blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot.

This wine will benefit from 20 minutes of decanting before it's devoured. Pair it with a Stilton blue cheese or Roquefort Papillon.
