This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in a single estate, family-owned, sustainably-farmed vineyard on the Central Coast in Monterey County. We aged this wine for 6 months in neutral French oak barrels with weekly sur-lie battonage to enhance the mouth-feel, texture, and complexity of this gorgeous wine. Pair with grilled seafood, fresh goat cheese, or just sip and enjoy solo.
