Cabernet Sauvignon grapes hand harvested from family-owned vineyards in the St. Helena appellation of Napa Valley were aged for 24 months in French Oak barrels before aging an additonal 24 months in the bottle. This wine has a plush, velvety texture with seamless tannins culminate in a lengthy, lingering finish. We suggest decanting this wine for 20 minutes before enjoying to maximize flavor expression. This wine will continue to age in the bottle and drink well through 2030. While we have enjoyed this wine by itself many times, it will enhance cave ripened cheeses, smoked and grilled meat, and dark chocolate.
