Know you love wine, but want to know more about it? Join us for a fun and informative class to learn all about the finer points of wine enjoyment. Winemaker and Sommelier, Ryan Levy, will lead you through a wine tasting and answer questions such as:

Why does vintage matter? What is the proper way to open and serve wine to your guests? How do you approach a wine list when you don't recognize anything? What is the best temperature to store and serve wine? How do I know if a bottle of wine is corked, cooked, or oxidized? How will I know if a wine needs to be decanted or allowed to breathe? Does decanting really make a difference? What is the difference between French Oak and American Oak?  

Please bring your own wine questions! Light meat and cheese pairings will be served.
